The Moderator Sign-Up is for user that feel that they are for a higher calling. You must be a member for over a period of time (2-3 weeks).
You must be a person of Good Charactor.
You must agree to not mess with the site unless you have permission for an Administrator.
You must agree that you will not mess with people comment's or posts.
