Adimistrative Sign-Up

The Administrative Sign-Up is for user that feel that they are for a higher calling. You must be a member for over a period of time (3-4 weeks).

You must be a person of Good Charactor.
You must agree to not mess with the site unless you have permission for an Administrator.
